Style in Freezing Winter #OOTD

6 March 2016 · 1 Comment

I have written in so many posts about how seeing Anisha dress up for London weather would make me jealous. I can safely say after spending the February month in freezing Bhutan I got over it within the first 5 days. It was very cold. Though I have to agree that all my reading up on how to style and be stylish definitely came in handy.

Considering I take my job as a stylist very seriously I refused to compromise on my luggage and dragged enough clothes to last me a month, making sure I had at least 5 different stylish jackets. This is what I wore in one of my shoot days in Paro, Bhutan where the temperatures were dipping to minus seven degrees at night, but my style was not going to be compromised.

The weather was lovely and the view amazing, as always I caught hold of my assistant/friend/photographer Forum to click these pictures. (Do not for even a minute think that we are not busy people on set).

Mother of the bride dresses NZ Jacket from Zara, scarf from Hill Road in Mumbai, my black long tee and pants are from Forever 21, boots from Marks & Spencers.

What you cannot see here are the layers of thermals I am wearing inside. The weather would turn bone chilling cold by the evening and that was when my gloves, snood scarf and pom pom beanies would come out.

Fantastic. Waiting for your summer look. Since in India that is what the entire year is about… Well, almost.
