It was a perfect summer day so I decided to spend it shopping! Given how hot its been I just couldn’t bear the thought of wearing jeans or any form of pants actually, so it seemed the ideal opportunity to bring out this fun cotton skirt. Not sure why I don’t wear skirts more often, but this one is the ideal cut and color for summer in my opinion. Perfect for a day of walking around and shopping.

I feel like I should mention my huge messy bun, which has become such an integral part of my life since the onset of summer 🙂. It has been truly life changing, and literally the only reason I haven’t cut my hair super short yet. Long hair and Indian summers just don’t go well together.
Jewelry wise I just wasn’t feeling it that day, so decided to keep it simple and skip jewelry altogether. Well rising temperatures aside, I’m glad its finally summer and hope there are a lot more of these perfect sunny days to look forward to!
