Shopping Bag – Sale Shopping!

Is it just me or does everyone see sales absolutely everywhere? Its a conspiracy! Zara, H&M, Aldo..the list just goes on, literally every single store has sales at the exact same time! Not to mention the online stores. Needless to say I couldn’t help but do some damage. I bought a few things, then a few more things, and then some more. Here’s part one of my sale shopping this season. I had some fun creating some outfits with the new stuff I got. Most of them are still available on sale so you can still get them if you want.

This is now my new favorite top. Love the color, love the fit, love  everything about it. I’ve never been particularly lucky with Zara sales, almost never find anything good or in my size. But this time I ended up with quite a few things. I think if you go early like within the first week, your chances of finding something decent highly increases.

Also these are my first pair of legit baggy boyfriend jeans. They are from the new collection at Slash that we were invited to view, which is great by the way. Very ‘on trend’ and quite affordable. These jeans were among the couple of things that I picked for myself from the collection.

While writing this I’ve come to realize I’m having a thing with metallics. I bought 3 pairs of metallic shoes in the same day! Gold mules, silver pointy flats and these beautiful metallic pink heels. Have been wearing all 3 on rotation non stop.

This skirt is the second thing I got from Splash, isn’t it the prettiest color? I’ve already worn pretty much this exact outfit a couple of times already, just swapping out the white tee with other tops.

Winter coat and shoes from Zara, Bag from Tibet Mall

For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to buy a winter coat from Zara. In India, where I’ll probably wear it maybe once a year. Well in my defense, it was on 50% off and I really love the color. I’m telling myself I will wear it when I travel 😀 I also got these awesome flats with the bow detail. I think I got the last ones in my size! Very pleased with myself.

And finally last but not the least I picked up some cotton tees from H&M on sale. I really like their t-shirts and have them in white and black as well. They are really soft and I got the same one in 3 different colors. I often end up in jeans and t-shirts on lazy days as my work outfits, and  these are perfect for that.

And here’s Sylvester giving me a very dissaproving look, she doesn’t approve of all the shopping but loves the boxes and shopping bags!
