A Week At Work #OOTD

I decided it would be fun to document what I wear to work everyday for a week. To give you a little background, I work in an IT company as a software engineer. We don’t have a dress code per say, but we are encouraged to wear ‘business casuals’, whatever that means. People tend to interpret that extremely loosely, so you’ll see people showing up in jeans and flip flops as well as business suits. I draw the line at flip-flops.

I try my best to maintain a balance between the two. Comfort is a priority, high heels look great but walking in them for 8 hours is a different story. So here they are, my outfits for a week!

Day 1 : Here!

Day 2 : Top –  From Bangkok, Pants -Zara, Shoes – Aldo

Day 3 : Kurta & leggings – Fabindia, Shoes – Westside

Day 4 : Kurta & Leggings – Westside, Shoes – Inc 5, Kitten – Dobby! 🙂

Day 5 : Top – InMark, Jeans – Zara, Shoes – Aldo

Day 6 : Saree – I made it myself!

P.S : The last one is of a saree. There was a celebration for Independence Day at work, and we were asked to come in traditional Indian wear. I decided to include that one as well in the name of authenticity. Though I normally would never wear a saree to work.
