3 Fun Things to Do In London Right Now

22 November 2021 · Leave a Comment

November is not the most fun time of the year. I find it a really difficult time of the year. Summer is long over, fall is almost done and winter is here but its not Christmas time yet. So basically there is nothing to look forward to. Which is why I pack in some fun things to do in London this month.

My requirements for events in November is it has to be indoors and relaxed. So these are the fun and mood-lifting things I did or want to do this month. (And if you are here for a holiday please make sure to avoid these tourist options).

  1. Puppy Yoga

Do I really need to say anything to sell this? We got some last minute tickets and went to Paw Pal Yoga. You have about 30 minutes of playtime with the puppies and then 30 minutes of yoga. It is the best thing you will do on a November afternoon.

But lets be real – the yoga is not going to be the most taxing thing. Also a puppy got tired and went off to sleep on my yoga mat so that was my yoga done, not that I was complaining!

2. Real Life Size Monopoly

Now this is one I haven’t been to but I am so intrigued. I love Monopoly and the idea of life size Monopoly sounds extremely fun. But it is slightly different than the normal Monopoly we play on the board – instead of paying money you need to complete challenges in order to buy the property. If I do end up going I will report back!

3. Banksy exhibit

I have been wanting to go for the Banksy exhibit for quite sometime and finally ended up going. These are works from private collections around the work and shows different parts of his work, his collaborations with other artists and so much more of the backstory which I didn’t know.

I do wish some of the art had a little more context provided. I was not aware of the politics and story behind every one of his works so I may not have gotten the full impact of it, and I am sure that would be the case with a few others as well, even if you are familiar with his work.

If you have more fun things going on please comment below and let us all know. I am always looking for things to do in winter, especially anything indoors wins my vote! In the meantime, make sure to follow me on Instagram, Facebook and the rest.
