Its Ganpati puja and Mumbai is just bursting with energy! Amidst all that madness and holiday fever I am as always getting ready to go shoot. Just to keep the spirits (mine and the cities) alive I decided to wear one of my favourite (and comfortable) kurtas.
I have a few indian outfits and they always come out during times like Diwali, Holi and weddings. And a bindi is a must!
As you can see I was having a pretty good hair day. After my long day at work, Akshay and me went for this beautiful Ganpati puja at a friends house where they served us food on banana leaves! So the foodie Bengali in me missed my mum in Kolkata so much (she is an amazing cook!).
Even though the malls were crowded it didnt stop me from shopping a bit at Forever21 🙂
