Dressing during the lockdown has become its own fight. Wearing jeans or getting dressed honestly seems a little idiotic to me. Seeing Instagrammers wearing elaborate outfits to take photos in is just not the kind of vibe I go for. And lets be honest, I am way too lazy for that.
Even in normal circumstances, I actually wear the clothes I take pictures in. Clothes are always about creativity and fun for me, and keeping in mind the event, occasion and location is a part of that and taking such factors into account to create a great outfit is the skill I want to develop. Outfits for the sake of outfits is not my idea of fashion.

Most days my lockdown dressing consists of pyjamas. I have been living in my pyjamas. When I go to exercise in the park, I wear my leggings. Anything I wear outside the house is washed after wearing just to be on the safe side. I guess which is why oddly, although I had thought my laundry burden will be reduced but that doesn’t seem to be the case unfortunately.

A few days ago it was a really sunny day and we ventured to the park for a walk. It was so crowded we didn’t feel sale so dropped the idea and just walked around in the area away from the main road and the other people sunbathing. It was a quintessential spring day – breezy, warm with a little of winter chill lingering in the air.

DJ made fun of my outfit and claimed I looked like Little Bo Peep. I am taking it as a compliment.

Outfit details: vintage jumper, bias cut maxi dress in Indian cotton print made by Bidisha and Adidas Stan Smith sneakers with beaded hairband from Joey & Pooh.
