The term bucket list seems to be synonymous with travel (and the travel-literary bucket list is right here) but before I could even spell aeroplane I probably had my fashion bucket list memorised. Its definitely changed a little bit since I was 5 (at least I hope so!). These are those essential closet items I have either longed for a long time or always keep adding to my closet when I need to replace one. Lets talk this through!

1 Red suit: 100% impractical and ridiculous, 100% what I have been wanting for a long time. But after trying on the pink suit I recently borrowed from Duygu I am wondering if I should get a pink one instead!

2 Chelsea boots: preferably Acne, you know how long I have been longing for these. For now I am using the Zara boots you see in the pictures here and they are perfect but of course being Zara they are not going to last another year – I have already used them for two winters almost everyday. So now I am looking for a pair of real leather ones that would hopefully last longer.
Now my theory before buying really expensive items is to use a cheaper one and see how much I actually use it. If I do I spring for the expensive one. But till I can I definitely hold onto my items to get the best use of it.

3 Grey wool coat: straight, long, warm wool coat. The kind that never goes out of style and I can wear forever. Although it was a grey one that was on my list when I saw the Hugo Boss one in camel which fit almost perfectly I picked it up instead. Just a little different from my usual colour and style so I am excited to style this. If you are buying a coat make sure to check my coat buying guide.
4 Black leather jacket: I have always yearned for an All Saints leather jacket but I currently make my £25 Forever 21 one work!

Outfit details: Faux fur jacket (similar), embroidered skirt (sample provided by Zaful), Chelsea boots (love skirt), Chanel boy bag (this red one is gorgeous!) and baker boy hat (I have been eyeing this one with the buttons but honestly, cannot justify another baker boy hat!).
5 Brooch: A simple, classic, vintage, Chanel brooch. Totally my style. (Currently I wear the cloth flower that came with my Chanel bag as a brooch on my coat!)

6 White ribbed turtleneck: eventually I want a Wolford one and I also love this All Saints one but I have to say my Marks and Spencer one right now is perfect. I definitely want to do a post on white turtlenecks since I find them very useful in winter.
7 Red pumps: strange but I do not possess a pair of black pumps and have not had a pair in the last 5 years atleast. Honestly, I have not really felt the need for a pair and would rather have a pair of red pumps instead. These ones are my long term goal but I have always gone back and forth on buying expensive shoes since what I have heard from friends hasn’t not been very encouraging. Maybe theres a post in that!

8 Fancy belt with gold hardware: I feel this is just something that makes jeans look dressier and smarter. But I wanted a belt thats slightly wider than the normal so I could wear it with my dresses as well – the classic cinched in the waist look. I admit I fell for it and like a good fashion blogger got myself a Gucci gold hardware belt. But to ensure I am not going along with the herd I got didnt get the one with the interlocking G but just a gold G which is convertible and can be used as black and red – perfect!

9 Leather trousers: I am looking for the perfectly fitted black, wine or olive green leather trousers, not leggings but not loose fitted either. I picture myself wearing this with a cosy jumper in winter and a white silk shirt otherwise. I do not believe this perfect pair of trousers that fits me currently exists but I aim to find them. Someday. These ones are pretty close to what I want but although they are the cheapest leather trousers I could find they are still quite expensive.
I am crazy busy at work for sometime so might be a little MIA but will definitely dip in now and again. Please subscribe to our emails to keep updated. You can follow us on Twitter or Instagram.
