I walked into Zara one day and saw this crazy patent red skirt. Its loud, its bright, its short, looks pretty crazy – I loved it! I bought it right away and walked out of the store without browsing. (That is pretty unusual for me since I am not an impulsive shopper at all).
Outfit details: Red patent zip skirt from Zara (the red in sold out, similar in burgundy and in red), ribbed black turtleneck (very old, similar), knee high black boots from Charles & Keith (similar, worn here), bag is Boy Chanel new medium (similar) and baker boy hat from Amazon (worn here).
Of course what I absolutely love about this red patent skirt is you can wearing anything with it and its still a party – even with a white shirt! Another thing about the skirt – its one of those fast moving Zara items I talked about so I knew I would not be able to get hold of it later so I made sure I bought it on the spot.
Remember Gaelyn’s tall boots and short skirt look? I love this look!
