Autumn in Warsaw

[Reposted from 2014]

I was in Warsaw, Poland the last weekend of October, celebrating my husband’s birthday. DJ and I had never been to Warsaw or Poland before and we loved it so much. Of course, we were incredibly lucky to have great weather, taste some amazing food and see some incredible sights. IMG_6579

This was such a lovely old fashioned restaurant and we had the yummiest meal here. I still remember the pumpkin soup which was amazing and not something I expected to enjoy!

We also have a funny story on how we ended up going to Warsaw. We bought a coupon online which was a surprise trip to anywhere in Europe – and we decided to go for it. funnily enough the surprise location we got was Ireland which we had to skip since we needed a visa for that and didn’t have it. The second option they gave us was Warsaw and we were glad to take that up.

This was Madame Curie’s house – you can still see the symbols for Radium painted on the walls.

I would definitely like to go back to Warsaw again. There is so much history and so much left to see. And next time I want to go to Krakow as well. Let me know if you have any suggestions for Krakow or if you guys have made it to either of these cities. Please let us know if you enjoyed the pictures and would like to see more travel posts. We hope there will be more of these! You can leave comments on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter or directly comment on this post below.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

The photos are taken by Anisha and DJ.

Thank you so much! Sadly, my photography skills are not good yet. If you have any tips, it would be highly appreciated. Next post will be up in some days but read the others in the meantime please! 🙂

Love your effortless hairstyle and the braid is so pretty! The patterned heels is so beautiful and adds a touch of classiness to the casual chic outfit!
