Mango’s Elevated Neutrals: My Picks

19 March 2016 · 3 Comments

I was totally excited about Mango’s new collection – I pretty much loved everything I saw. And this has been happening quite a bit and I have been raving about how people need to notice Mango. And finally they did. I really loved their last Indian embroidery inspired collection and now this. This one has the perfect neutral pieces – neutral colours, but not boring. Elevated neutrals is what I am calling it. And these are my picks.

This is basically my dream closet. Neutrals but still edgy. Classic looks but covers most of the trends. Love the pleated dress and the pleated shirt – goes with the pleated trend but so different from the pleated skirts which you can now find everywhere now. I also loved the army green dungarees with the leather trim – army green and leather is such a fantastic combination. Given my love for dungarees its not surprising to find two pairs on my list! What I loved was even the most basic item like the blue denim dungarees was a little different – I loved the straps and make sure you check out the back. The white sneakers with a metallic trim and a fringe – I love it.

I can’t wait to shop!

1. Pleated Back Shirt

2. Fringed Leather Sneakers

3. Flowy Dungarees

4. Cotton Blend Wrap Skirt

5. Flared Sleeves Dress

6. Lace Skirt

7. Bi Colour Dress

8.  Medium Dungarees

As expected you know I would love to hear if you picked up any of these for yourself – and if you have any pictures, thats a bonus! Also, you might want to check out my spring picks.

Just wanted to mention that there is a lot happening on our Facebook page as well. We talked about all the designer collaborations flying around and teamed up with Existential Ezio to style an assassin. (Yeah, you read that right). Go see now!
