Two years ago along with my co-bloggers Anisha and Satarupa, I had gone for a vacation to Thailand. I found this really funny but cute basket bag in my mom’s cupboard. The first word that pops into your head when you see this bag is ‘beach‘. I thought it was really cute of course and I picked it up.
My bubble burst as soon as my sister took a look at it, pointed at me and laughed. Pointed at the bag and laughed even harder. This made me adamantly decide to carry it everywhere. Not just the beach. Agreed fine it looked a bit ridiculous but fits everything and belongs to the seaside!
Outfit details: Black off shoulder top and gold neck chain from Forever21, black jeans and gold wedges from Zara, basket bag from Jakarta, unknown brand.
I just met Anisha a couple of days ago in Kolkata where my parents live. Imagine my surprise when she found that same bag and this time found it cute. Grr!
We decided it definitely deserves an OOTD post. Now I know my last outfit was also all black but what can I say I am growing. I love it! Also it was the perfect outfit to pair with this colourful basket bag. Now I know basket bags are really coming back in fashion and this one is really cute!
