Every year I try and attend at least one show at Fashion week, and this year I did the same at the Lakme Fashion Week here in Mumbai. On the other hand I was amazed and honestly quite jealous that Satarupa managed to take leave and attend quite a number of shows at the Bangalore Fashion week.
In Mumbai the weather right now is quite lovely and you can feel that summer is just around the corner. Getting quite bored with all the layers that one needs to wear when in London, I was thrilled that I could wear a summery outfit. This is what I wore.
You know the funny part? This is what Satarupa wore!
I love both our rompers! They are adorable. I found mine while shopping in London right in the midst of all the winter wear. Anisha asked me how was I planning to layer it and seemed quite annoyed when told that layering would not be needed in 30 degree temperature.
Chokers are very much in trend and have been for a while now. I opted for a black lace one strand choker.
Outfit details : Flower print navy romper from Bershka, white shoes are Adidas Stan Smith’s, pink bag from Coach, black lace choker from Forever21 and sunglasses is Ray ban.
While I paired my outfit with white shoes and a bright bag Satarupa did the opposite. She paired hers with a black bag and black open toe booties.
Outfit details : Flower print orange romper from H&M, shoes from Mango, bag from Tibet Mall, black choker from Amazon, other assorted necklaces from Forever21, lipstick is Kinda Sexy from Mac.
Satarupa opted for a black choker and layered on some more gold necklaces with charms like an elephant and tassels.
