I am being dramatic but realise I haven’t really mentioned everything that has been on the last few months which has kept me really busy. So this is a brief life update.
I have been busy, which is an understatement. The second half of last year was so busy with me changing jobs as well as changing homes. I am finally in my new flat and it makes me so so happy. It has been intense since you may remember this is actually the second time we have moved last year.
There are lots of things going on with the new flat which I definitely want to share in due course. I have started planning for it and will post more about the flat and interior decor. There has been so much work going on in the house. Even after doing house projects before, its surprised me how much time and energy it takes getting it done. But I am so excited for it to all get done and however much I complain about it, I absolutely love the process.
I am also seriously behind on my reading list posts but want to get on top of these. I have been reading a lot but my main plan this year to actually finish reading the books I own and read Middlemarch. Reading Middlemarch has been on my book resolutions for about 5 years now and I think its about time to actually action this.
Now the last topic on this life update post and always the most important to me, fashion. I decided to go back to old school fashion blogging – taking pictures of my outfits everyday. This will mostly happen on Instagram so make sure you are following along there but I definitely want to do some round up outfits posts on the blog. The thing I am waiting to get this going is a full standing mirror – this is very high on my priority list. This was something I wanted for so long and never had enough space in my bedroom and I am so glad I finally do.
