Trend Try : Choker And The Jumpsuit #OOTD

Another day, another black outfit. Well this ones not completely black so we’re good right? I was never a big fan of the jumpsuit. In my opinion only the really tall look good in it and I don’t even want to get into the whole ‘how to pee in a jumpsuit’ thing. Also I have never found one which doesn’t make me look like I’m about to go paint a house.

Jumpsuit from H&M – similar, Blush pink blazer from Forever21 – similar, Choker from H&M, Long chain necklace from Forever21, Clutch – thrifted.

But when I came across this graceful flowy one I just had to give it a try. The fact that it was black, was in my size and was not one of those skintight catsuit wannabe types also helped. It even has pockets!  I have this strange love for garments with pockets. It is just so functional, and takes the garment to the next level (of awesomeness that is). And you have someplace to put your phone, and don’t have to hunt through your whole bag looking for it every 5 minutes like a maniac.

This blush pick blazer I’ve had for a while, and seemed like a good choice to throw on top, since I was going to an event and I knew I would be freezing. I have also jumped on the choker bandwagon and am happy to report that I have found the perfect one! I wear it almost everyday and with everything. I need help. Or choker rehab, whichever is cheaper.

Also doesn’t the title of the post sound like the song Joker and the Thief by Wolfmother? A happy coincidence, also I love the song!
