I was at the Chelsea Flower Show a few weeks ago and wanted to show off my outfit. I am sure I have mentioned I am not a fan of yellow as a colour and this is the only yellow dress I own. But every time I wear it, I love it, I totally enjoy myself and have the best time.
This was my second time at the Chelsea Flower Show. In all honesty, half the fun is figuring out your outfit and the people watching. Atleast for someone like me, who has very little interest in gardening or horticulture. Its just one of those random events that stuck and became a major one in the summer event calendar in London even though its quite a niche industry event in essence.

There are three main spaces you need to see at the show – the prize gardens, the horticulture exhibit and the market. My favourite is the horticulture exhibit. (if you don’t count the people watching).

You will remember seeing me in this dress here as well. I also wore it to Bidisha’s mehendi. I love how Indian it looks and still works as a dress.

I admit I would have preferred to wear my brown wedge heels (worn here and here) but I know how much walking is involved in the flower show, especially on grass so knew I had to be a dress and sneakers look.

Did you end up going to the Chelsea flower show? I do want to get into gardening a bit and can then make my visit a little more useful by actually buying stuff I need for our garden so lets see if I am gardener by the time next years show rolls around. More videos of my day on Instagram.
